I’m spending the next few days in Trovador, Honduras, a tiny village where my mother & grandmother are from. It was here, last year, that I began a family portrait project, photographing the families of this town, most of whom have never had portraits taken of themselves. This year, I’ve returned with the developed photographs as gifts to the families, and to continue the project by traveling to El Salvador. I’ll be updating my Instagram account with the images. Beyond that, I’ll be in my chancletas, picking fresh avocados and oranges from the trees, drinking coconut water, and kicking it with my favorite kids. Nothing but good vibes ’round here!
