Had a ton of fun one afternoon with famed chef Roblé Ali and model Madisin Rian, capturing them for a three-page spread in EBONY‘s February 2015 issue. From the grocery store to the kitchen to the dinner table, they set out to prepare the perfect Valentine’s Day meal together: Linguine with spice-roasted salmon, kale, mascarpone cheese, salmon roe & fresh herbs for dinner; Roasted pineapple with rum & brown sugar, coconut ice cream, and gingersnap crumble for dessert; and a blood orange and tequila-based Chupacabra cocktail, all original recipes courtesy of Roblé.
